Visit the tempting Lindengracht food market on a Saturday morning, or the farmers\' market on the Noordermarkt. A fifteen minute stroll away (or 5 minute tram ride) is the Museumplein, home to the Van Gogh Museum, the newly reopened Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art and the Rijksmuseum with its collection of world renowned masterworks. Something for every taste! For those of you who want to venture a little further afield, hop on one of the many trams to take you across Amsterdam. The main train station, Central Station, is also just a stone’s throw away.

A nice place to stay in Amsterdam! The boat is perfect, cozy and spacious (for two people), you have all what you need and you're not in the main tourist spot, this means that you can sleep very well and have a comfort zone even if you're in the city centre! Truly recommended

Wonderful Amsterdam

Our stay on the boat could not have been more perfect. I felt like a real Amsterdamer being on a canal instead of a stuffy hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect for catching the bus(I can't say enough about how amazing Public transport is in the city!) Markets are an easy walk to stock a few items in the kitchen as well as many great restaurants, cafes and brown bars too. I really enjoyed the coffee machine, it made a perfect cup every time. The bed is comfy and the shower adequate, the washer and dryer were a real bonus and made it easy to pack light and avoid baggage fees. I would stay here again for sure!

This is the first time that me and my partner went for international holiday and we choose this boat house. It was nice, clean and the owner is very nice. The houseboat location is quite and peaceful. We have everything we needed. We consider This boathouse our second home away from home. We will definetly book this houseboat again.
