Fantastic place to stay
by Susan Kelly

Our family (two adults, three children aged 15, 12 and 9 years) stayed here for a long weekend at the end of September, and we'd love to return. The apartment is clean and a great size, extending from a view over the canal at the front, to a patio area with outside seating at the back. The cupboards had ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as a toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. Local amenities are plentiful. The flat is on the floor above the owners' family restaurant, and just two doors down from a bakery. Rembrantplein is a 5 minute walk away, and there are supermarkets and banks nearby too. The tram stop is visible from the window so its really easy to get everywhere. This is a very pretty part of Amsterdam to walk around. We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment with everything we needed. Dorethee, the owner, is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended.

Urlaub in Amsterdam
by Kathrin Hysky
