Gracious host
by Jeffrey Bodholt

Frank is a gracious, kind host that cares about the well being of his guests. Large boat in prime location. Had minor issues, as the boat is very rustic and old, but were easily and quickly corrected by the host. I would recommend this accommodation. You can’t beat the location and Frank the host is very kind and helpful.

Great Experience in Amsterdam!
by Becky Carney

Having been to Amsterdam a number of times, we wanted a new experience--and this was a perfect way to feel part of the city!
The houseboat was lovely and spacious, well-equipped, and in a perfect location--especially with the Metro/tram station just a block away!
The owner was very responsive and provided all the info we needed.
One tip--if you're arriving by taxi, I suggest telling them to drop you at the Waterlooplein station. Maybe it was just our cab driver, but he blamed street construction on Amstel (on other side of where the boat actually was) on not being able to get us closer. We quickly learned it wasn't true, but getting dropped at the Metro station would probably save a lot of sitting in traffic.
