Deze comfortabele en luxueus ingerichte studio van 55 M2 ligt middenin het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen loopafstand bereikt u de grachten, de Amstel en nog vele andere plekken van Amsterdam. In de directe omgeving treft u vele verschillende cafés, restaurantjes (ook die prijzen hebben gewonnen), winkels en een grote supermarkt. Ook is er op de hoek een metrostation en vanaf daar bent u binnen 5 minuten op het Centraal Station.

De studio is recent geheel gerenoveerd waarbij de oorspronkelijke details die dateren uit de 17de eeuw in tact zijn gehouden. De studio heeft een zeer hoog plafond en een massieve eikenhouten vloer. Bijzonder aan deze studio is de openkeuken. Dit is een typische jaren 50 keuken met een grote designoven en een ijskast die wel nieuw is maar die een jaren 50 uitstraling heeft. Ook de badkamer met bad is geheel nieuw. Het bed is door een semi-transparant kamerscherm gescheiden van de rest van de studio. Ook is er een extra opklapbed aanwezig en u kunt gebruik maken van de vaatwasser, de haardroger, de magnetron, de TV, de radio, de cd-speler, de wasmachine en droger en u kunt gratis gebruik maken van het draadloze internet.

Had a great time and found the apartment comfortable and very functional. It was rainy and the apartment, probably like most in central Amsterdam, had very few windows so there is a bit of a cave like feel to the place. The property owners were good and all of the transactions were easy and as expected.

The truth is that my first visit to the city could not have been better, respect to the housing.
The house is very well located within 15 minutes walk, you are in the center, is very friendly (and is larger than it looks in the photos), has all necessary amenities stile / designee, and is especially warm , which is appreciated after having been all day sightseeing.
both myself, my boyfriend and my sister, who were the ones that enjoyed the apartment, definitely recommend it.

Excellent apartment in ideal location

This was our 3rd stay in Amsterdam, so have become custom to very small rooms. However, we were very surprised at the size of this apartment, great space. It was very clean and modern, with all gadgets available.
It is not quite in the centre, but the metro staion is about 50 metres from the front door, and costs less than 3 Euros to get to central station, even catching a cab back late at night was only 8 Euros.
As we were so near to the centre we didn't really look around the immediate area apart from visiting the local supermarket just around the corner, but it seemed quite at night, even with the ambulance station being a couple of doors down.
We visited late October and the apartment was lovely and warm, host was very helpful and friendly. We would definately recomment this apartment and will be booking again if we return to Amsterdam.
