This romantic and charming houseboat is moored in the very center, near the Jordaan, at the crossing of two of the prettiest canals in Amsterdam, the Brouwersgracht and the Herengracht. The boat is modern and artistically decorated. You will enjoy the lively scenery on the water, sipping a drink and meanwhile maybe feeding the ducks. 

The view from the balcony and living room is fantastic, the environment with beautiful old merchant houses impressive. Many of them were build in Amsterdam's Golden Age: the 17th century. In the area you find lots of restaurants, little shops, galleries and café's. Nearby are the 'Nine little Streets' and the Anne Frank House.

The boat is well equiped and comfortable, with a good quality queen sized bed. In the living room is also a couch which can be turned into a bed and in a cosy corner is a bed for a child as well. There is bathroom with tub and handshower. A washer and dryer, a flatscreen television, a dvd player and a fast internet connection are at your disposal. The kitchen has a cooker, oven, coffeemaker and microwave. A canal bike is freely available for you in spring and summer and is moored next to the houseboat! Reviews.

Great location, comfortable houseboat

The location of this houseboat was in a prime position on one of the prettiest canals in Amsterdam. We walked everywhere from here, and were close to grocery and cheese shops, restaurants, train station. We loved our time on this houseboat and were sorry when we had to leave. It had everything we could need including washing machine/dryer, and was very comfortable indeed. Catherien was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us to make us feel welcome. Thank you - we'll be back next time we visit Amsterdam.

petit séjour à Amsterdam

Nous avons passé un petit séjour agréable à Amsterdam et surtout sur notre petite péniche !
C'est vraiment sympa comme endroit pour dormir et passer quelques moments à regarder les bateaux passés et les canards venir manger vers nous.
La péniche était très bien et l'endroit idéal !

Everything you need

This houseboat had everything we needed to enjoy our 6 days in Amsterdam.. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere There were lots of shops around including a supermarket and cheese shops and restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. The houseboat was cosy and comfortsble with comfy bed, washer and dryer, and Carolien met is and was really helpful and friendly. We felt like locals in this location and would stay here again both for the location and the houseboat accommodation.
