House-Boat B054 **

Deze woonboot ligt tegenover de Hermitage op een gracht en is geschikt voor 2 - 3 personen. De eigenaar werkt voor het Rode Kruis in Afrika en dat zult u terugvinden in het interieur van de boot. Om de hoek liggen het Waterlooplein en de Stopera en in de directe omgeving vindt u vele restaurantjes en cafés. Het is een rustige en veilige omgeving maar toch bent u maar 2 blokken verwijderd van het Rembrandtplein waar u tot de vroege uurtjes kunt dansen.

Er is een woonkamer (waar een slaapbank staat), een openkeuken, een slaapkamer met een groot tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer met een douche en een toilet. De woonkamer wordt door middel van een glazen deur gescheiden van het balkon. Vanaf het balkon kunt u de eendjes een zwanen voeren en vanaf de eettafel (die naast de openkeuken staat) heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over het water en de passerende bootjes. Ook is er een televisie, snel internet en een was-droogcombinatie aanwezig.

Amazing

We've spent amazing 5 days on the houseboat in Amsterdam. You will never find such a great view in a ordinary hotel. The location is perfect, and if you rent bikes, you are everywhere within a few minutes!
Thanks a lot Carolien and Annelies for this beautiful stay (it won't be the last....)

My sister and I stayed on this house-boat for 4 nights between 17th and 21st May 2011. It is very clean and bright and located in an attractive and peaceful environment, with easy access to central Amsterdam. The SPAR bakery/general provisions is a five minute walk away (turn left out of the front door and then right at the top).
We enjoyed sitting out on the decking with a glass of wine and bread for the ducks!
The houseboat itself is well equipped but probably best to travel with your own hair-dryer as we could not find one in the accommodation.
Perfect accommodation for two people and Amsterdam was a pleasure to explore.
Good to buy a tram travel card if you are spending more than a couple of days there. (19 euros for 5 days).

Stay at boat b054

This was my second stay at the lovely boat on the canal opposite the Hermitage Museum.
Once more my stay exceeded all expectations.
Clean, welcomed with flowers, a lovely hostess Carolien!
This boat functions well as a welcome to all who want to enjoy Amsterdam at a lovely location.
You can practically walk to all important sites and visit museums, cafes, even to the supermarket.
Nothing better than sipping your morning coffee on the boat and having a view over the canal.
And what about a glass of wine on your private deck, waving to the passersby.
You will certainly see me again!
