I just came back home after a 4 weeks' study in A'dam where I stayed in this lovely accomodation. Perfect location, very clean and bright, nice furnished, fully equipped, helpful owner: I could'nt have made a better choice, this is THE place to be, overlooking the Prinsengracht and in the middle of the "9 streets". I can only warmly recommand the place.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the MartApartment (AS23) during Amsterdam Gay Pride week and had a GREAT TIME! The apartment is modern, spacious, bright and airy and looks out over one of the more active canals (Princengracht) which also happened to be the parade route for the Pride Parade.

From our windows, we had a front-row seat of the entire spectacle and we left the windows open to the cool breeze and bright blue skies. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless (with a large open plan shower area), and the free wired internet connection worked perfectly.

I would definitely stay here again when I visit Amsterdam. Our host (André) was very friendly and courteous also.

I enjoyed my stay in Amsterdam for 4-day conference, and this appartment were perfect for my use. Central, but still quite, and very nice neighborhood indeed. Small but clean and with all kitchenware needed. Steep and narrow staircase, but you will get used to it ;) Great studio in a great city.

The aparment provided for a wonderful stay. Tastefully decorated and well positioned in the city, I would recommend this place to anyone. The landlord was very helpful too.

We had an brilliant stay over New Year in our apartment, which was quite small, but well equipped and ideally located. The Jordaan is a lovely area, beautiful shops, wonderful scenery and a nice place to walk in. Our apartment was five minutes away from a supermarket and lots of other shops too. The area is quite busy, but is not exactly central, although Central Station is only a 20min walk away, and it is also very easy to find High Streets with chainstores on too. I preferred the fact that we were not completely central, and really liked waking up in the morning and strolling through the streets. There's certainly plenty to explore! We came to Amsterdam in November and stayed in a hotel, which was nice, but coming back in December and staying in our own apartment was much nicer, I highly recommend it! A wonderful time in a beautiful city.

We really enjoyed our stay in amsterdam especially due to the marth's appartment which was just perfect...
The location along Prinzengracht is near the centre of the town and you can reach every point easyly. Inside, the appartement is absolutly design and comfortable, with everything you can need (also internet access), and also really quiet.
The owner is really kind and helpfull.
Just one thing to say : this is the perfect place for a stay in amsterdam if you are 1 or 2

The apartment was very nice. New bathroom towels, bed shits so we had to bring nothing with us. Nice location within the city center.

My stay of 7 days included both business and pleasure and the apartment is perfect for both. Being able to nip down to the local shop for provisions was an excellent advatage though hard to chose between this and all the great restaurants around this area. Internet access is a bonus and of course essential if you are on business.

If you love antique and 2nd hand shops as well as boutiques, this is the place for you.

Andre, the landlord, is very helpful and friendly.

The only reason that I would not recommend this apartment is that I would like to keep it as a secret for myself!

One of the best accomodation we ever had abroad: centrally located, beautiful shops, many restaurants, a very quiet environment. To make everything perfect, a great Host with a great attention to details!!! We are going to miss everything: thank you so very much!!!!!!!!!

We stayed 3 nights in Studio / Apartment AS 23, and were in no way dissapointed.

The studio is located very close to the centre of Amsterdam and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The studio itself is situated on the first floor overlooking a very beautiful and quiet canal. The furnishings are very modern and nothing is lacking; TV, CD player, inet, kitchenette, towels, and the fridge was even stocked with a couple of beers and a bottle of wine.

Would definitely consider staying here again and give it a 5 star rating.

there is not much to say: everything was perfect - and should we come back to Amsterdam some day, we will certainly think of this adress.
