Le studio est à quelques minutes à pied des canaux, de la rivière Amstel et autres belles places à visiter. Dans les alentours vous trouverez plusieurs bars / restaurants (parmi eux des gagnants de concours), des cafés agréables, un grand supermarché et des boutiques. Avec le métro à l'angle de la rue, on peut atteindre la gare centrale en 5 minutes.

Se sentir à la maison loin de chez soi. Dans ce spacieux studio, récemment rénové dans sa totalité, qui a gardé d’authentiques détails comme les poutres 17e Siècle, la  hauteur sous plafond et son plancher en chêne massif. L’attractive cuisine entièrement équipée  est de conception classique des années 50. Complétée par un grande gazinière design et un (nouveau) réfrigérateur look 50's. Si vous aimez cuisiner, c'est votre cuisine! Un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, TV, CD / radio et  machine à laver / sèche-linge, sèche-cheveux, sont à votre disposition. La salle de bains est refaite à neuf, avec baignoire. Le lit est séparé du reste du studio par une cloison murale moderne (semi-transparente). Had a great time and found the apartment comfortable and very functional. It was rainy and the apartment, probably like most in central Amsterdam, had very few windows so there is a bit of a cave like feel to the place. The property owners were good and all of the transactions were easy and as expected.

The truth is that my first visit to the city could not have been better, respect to the housing.
The house is very well located within 15 minutes walk, you are in the center, is very friendly (and is larger than it looks in the photos), has all necessary amenities stile / designee, and is especially warm , which is appreciated after having been all day sightseeing.
both myself, my boyfriend and my sister, who were the ones that enjoyed the apartment, definitely recommend it.

Excellent apartment in ideal location

This was our 3rd stay in Amsterdam, so have become custom to very small rooms. However, we were very surprised at the size of this apartment, great space. It was very clean and modern, with all gadgets available.
It is not quite in the centre, but the metro staion is about 50 metres from the front door, and costs less than 3 Euros to get to central station, even catching a cab back late at night was only 8 Euros.
As we were so near to the centre we didn't really look around the immediate area apart from visiting the local supermarket just around the corner, but it seemed quite at night, even with the ambulance station being a couple of doors down.
We visited late October and the apartment was lovely and warm, host was very helpful and friendly. We would definately recomment this apartment and will be booking again if we return to Amsterdam.
