House-Boat B045 ****

Ce bateau luxueux  est situé à un emplacement de choix dans le centre, près du Pont Maigre sur la rivière Amstel. Il est dix minutes à pied du Dam, et de là,  à 5 minutes des magasins, des cafés et des supermarchés. Avec ses trois chambres à coucher le bateau appartient avec le  Houseboat B020 aux quelques grandes maisons-bateaux  d'Amsterdam pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a une chambre à coucher avec un lit 160 x 190, une avec un lit double 140 x 190. et une chambre à coucher avec deux lits simples.

Le bateau a une cabine avec un banc et une vue incroyable sur la rivière. Dans cette cabine,  il est permis de fumer. Il y a une grande cuisine bien équipée qui offre four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, bouilloire  (fournit instantanément l'eau bouillante) et réfrigérateur. En outre, il y a une salle de séjour, 2 toilettes et une grande salle de bains avec baignoire Spa et douche de pluie séparées. Il y a un petit pont avec un banc. L'entrée du bateau est une jetée, assez grande pour s'asseoir à l'ombre. DVD, radio, deux téléviseurs, machine à laver et sèche-linge, fer et planche à repasser et une climatisation sont également à votre disposition.

les hôtes sont adorables et apres nous avoir accueilli, nous avons passé un très agréable sejour. L"amenagement est très confortable et très propre.
L"equipement est très bien.
nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, nous avons assisté au concert en l'honneur de la reine en prime...

We love it!

Wir reisten mit zwei (großen) Kindern Anfang April 2012 nach Amsterdam und das Boot war für uns die absolut richtige Entscheidung. Es ist wirklich riesig, die Einrichtung ist genauso geschmackvoll wie auf den Bildern, die Küche bestens ausgestattet, das Bad groß und die Zimmer inklusive Betten sind sehr komfortabel (und das sagt eine, die auf keiner Matratze gut liegt ;-) Der Wohnbereich des Bootes ist so gemütlich, dass wir uns trotz drei Tage Dauerregen und schlechtem Wetter wirklich wohl gefühlt haben und am Abend gerne zu endlos langen Spielrunden zurückgekehrt sind. Am Boot war es immer wohlig warm. Die Lage an der Magere Brug ist optimal, man hört keinen Verkehrslärm und ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Einen herzlichen Dank nochmal an Iwris, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen und gleich zu Beginn mit den wichtigsten Informationen versorgt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder – hoffentlich bei besserem Wetter! Fabulous Experience

My husband and I stayed 4 nights on B045 in October 2011. Another couple joined us for 3 of the nights. Nothing but good things to say about this boat. The location is amazing with various watercraft traveling along the Amstel. As for the boat: the entry way has a little deck for sitting. We also took our drinks and snacks onto the top of the boat and sat each afternoon/evening. Inside the boat is very spacious with the first bedroom up front next to the kitchen with an extra toilet. Passing through the very well equipped kitchen is the living room which has plenty of comfortable seating. Moving past the living room into a hall are two more bedrooms; one with twin beds and one with a double bed. At the end of the boat is a very nice full bathroom with a wonderful over-sized bath tub. Carolein was very gracious and showed us around the boat. The internet worked very well, too. We really enjoyed the location since we could walk any where for food, sight seeing, etc. I highly recommend this boat for a great experience in Amsterdam.
