A very large 3 bedroom apartment of 160 m2 or 1,700 sq.ft on the second and third floor of an house in the middle of rather busy part of the city centre, a shopping area. Close to the canals, Central Station and the Jordaan. Around the corner is the first canal, the Singel, if you walk along you find the flowermarket on the left.

The apartment has on the first level a living-room with working fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen with minibar and a dining table, suitable for 4 persons. Further you find a toilet on this floor and the master bedroom with a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

On the second floor are two bedrooms with a separable queen sized bed and there is an extra rollaway bed. You find here a second toilet and a batroom with jacuzzi and separate shower. Television with VHS and DVD,  a washingmachine and dryer are at your disposal, phone is available upon request and internet is available with a dial-up connection. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace. Nearby is Apartment A020, also suitable for a max. of 4 persons.

The accommodation was a fabulous find and just a few minutes walk from the station. It was far bigger than I imagined and would easily cater for 6 or 7 people. The appartment was spotless and decorated in a very modern fashion. Our friend who lives in Amsterdam was very envious of it. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes walk from the major attractions and perfectly situated above a juice bar and wine shop. What else could you want. Excellent value for money too. Free wifi was really helpful for Skyping home.

nous avons séjourné à six dans cet appartement très spacieux,très bien équipé et très agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé, seul reproche, une chambre donne sur la rue et donc bruyante. Nous conseillons ce logement. Avril 2013

The flat is nice and so good located. The housekeeper was very friendly, attentive and gave us best information about the city, restaurants, shops. Bad was only the weather - cold and very windy during our whole stay there. We heard and felt the loud wind in the appartament situated in the 2nd and 3rd floor of an old house which ist not best isolated and has old wíndowframes. It was difficult to become the sunny large rooms warm. We would definitely come back hier during the somertime.
