Wir sind uns sicher, dass dieses Appartement eine gute Wahl ist. Ein helles 2-Etagen-Appartement mit 110 m2, für 4 Personen geeignet. Es liegt in Gehweite vom Appartement A021 (4 P.), Appartement A004 (4 P.) und dem Studio/Appartement AS23 (2 P.). 

Es hat einen Eingangsbereich, eine Toilette, ein Wohnzimmer mit Glastüren zu einem romantischen Patio und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Tiefkühlschrank, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Ein zusätzliches Roll-Bett und ein Babybettchen stehen zur Verfügung. Telefon, eine kabellose Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internetverbindung, Fernseher, DVD und Radio, Haartrockner und ein kleiner Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sind inklusive. Rauchen ist im Patio erlaubt. 

Es ist im Zentrum des meist pittoresken Viertels von Amsterdam „Jordaan“ gelegen. Im Umkreis dieses Appartements gibt es zahlreiche kleine Straßen mit Kneipen, Restaurants, Gebrauchtkleidershops, das Anne Frank Haus und Märkte. Von hier sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum “Dam”. Am Montag wird die Straße zum Markt mit frischen Lebensmitteln und Blumen. Um die Ecke gibt es jeden Montag Vormittag einen kleinen Markt mit Gebrauchtmöbel aus den Fünfzigern.

Très bel appartement quelques petits problèmes tout de même pas mal de poussière sur les tables de nuit, amas de cheveux dans la baignoire, robinets de la douche difficiles a fermer

Wonderful Stay

Myself and three others spent four nights at the apartment and it was perfect. The accomodation was immaculate and towels and linen were provided. Having a dishwasher was very appreciated! Hans and Neli were very quick to respond to any e-mail queries both before and during our visit and even arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport when we left. The area of Jordaan itself was wonderful. There are plenty of places to eat and drink on the same street with a very useful convenience store for everyday items. It is also perfect walking distance to the central part of Amsterdam with its shops, bars and restaurants. Will certainly be booking again next visit!

We arrived on sat night and had arranged for Hans to collectr us from the airpot - this is a must as he gives you a mini tour of the area before dropping you to your apartment. The Canals were all frozen over as they had been having a cold spel for the previous two weeks.
Plus:
spacious area, outside space, lovely and warm, spotlessly clean, nice part ot town, close to supermarket and bars/cafes
Negative:
you will find it very hard to located this apartment on your own, it is down a very narrow alleyway. It was a huge pity that there was not a view of the street, it is a view of a wall.
over all, we enoyed our stay
