Dieses ehemalige Frachtschiff wurde 2006 komplett renoviert. Das Boot hat eine moderne Ausstattung kombiniert mit einem traditionellen Bootsdesign. Der Eingang des Bootes liegt direkt an der Straße und ist daher einfach zugänglich. Das Boot ist sehr groß, der Eigentümer wohnt im vorderen Teil des Bootes und hat im hinteren Teil ein schönes Appartement für 4 Personen gebaut. Die Wand zwischen den Gästezimmern und der Wohnung des Eigentümers ist sehr gut isoliert.

Das Boot liegt im alten Stadtzentrum von Amsterdam. Vom Deck aus haben Sie einen großartigen Blick über einen charakteristischen Teil von Amsterdam und auf das Rembrandt Haus. Shops, Restaurants, Kneipen und Museen befinden sich in Gehweite.

Die Gästeräume bestehen aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, einem luxuriösen Badezimmer mit einem Whirlpool und einer separaten luxuriösen Dusche sowie einem Ess- und Sitzbereich. Das Appartement hat eine moderne Küche, einen Fernseher, eine Radio-/CD-Anlage und eine schnelle Internetverbindung für Ihren Laptop. Auf dem Deck haben Sie Stühle und große Kissen, um sich hinzusetzen und den fantastischen Blick über Amsterdam zu genießen.

IDÉALE POUR SE DÉPAYSER SANS PARTIR LOIN !

Nous revenons de 8 jours passés à Amsterdam sur cette superbe péniche. Les photos du site sont conformes à la réalité ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour sur ce bateau (couple et deux enfants dont une ado). L'intérieur est beau, chaleureux, spacieux, lumineux. Les chambres, de véritables havres de paix, nous avons tous dormi comme des "bébés". Salle de bains agréable (bain jacuzzi, douche double pommeaux,...) pratique, grand nombre de serviettes mises à disposition. Enfin cuisine bien pensée (avec lave vaisselle :-) et coin séjour assez grand pour nous 4.
A l'extérieur, bain de soleil sur le toit possible et surtout la vue superbe et le calme qui règne à pourtant quelques pas de toutes les commodités : bars, boulangeries, supermarchés à quelques pas, place du marché à proximité également et pour se rendre sur la place "Dam" c'est "tout droit" et super facile pour se rendre partout.

First views of this retired working barge are misleading as you puzzle where the rooms are, but descend the iron steps and enter the door and wow, what a difference! The interior is very chic and details such as signature towels and nautically themed quilts are nice touches. There were only 3 of us, so plenty of space - three comfortable large beds would sleep 6. Satellite/cable TV, wifi, dishwasher, trousre press, large jacuzzi bath, separate shower - it's all there. There's a table that seats 4 and sofas for 4-5. Location is good too - close to Nieuwmarkt and on a wide canal, but it was always quiet, with un-noticeable rocking as boats passed. Shops, cafes, supermarkets, diamond factories, bike hire are all close by too. I'd definitely go here again.

Could not recommend this house boat enough!!! Perfect location for everthing and although the area is quieter than some it's only a short walk to the lively areas. Wanting to make the most of our short stay we asked Richard (boat owner) to point us in the right direction, he recommended some fantastic places especially Bier Fabriek (beer factory)!! Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again xxxx
