Dieses freundliche Hausboot für zwei Personen liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum in einer Gracht in der Nähe des Flusses Amstel. Es besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit queen-size Bett und einer komplett ausgestatteten offenen Küche. Im Badezimmer gibt es ein Waschbecken und eine Dusche. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine Couch, die zum Bett umgebaut werden kann. Eine Treppe führt Sie von der Straße zur Eingangstür. Das Boot ist auf Betonfundamenten gebaut worden und ist brandneu.

Es liegt in einem ruhigen und romantischen Teil des historischen Zentrums und befindet sich in der Nähe des Flusses Amstel sowie unweit vom Waterlooplein (größter Flohmarkt in Amsterdam) und von Shops, Kneipen, Munt Turm, Rembrandtplein und Antiquitätenläden. Außerdem sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Hausboot B033 (max. 4 Pers.). Eine schnelle Internetverbindung ist vorhanden. Rauchen ist erlaubt. Gästebuch.

Séjour de 4 nuits. La barge est idéalement placée. Tout est accessible à pied. Bien qu'en centre ville, l'endroit est idéalement calme. Très bonne adresse.

We had a wonderful time! This houseboat is perfectly located on the corner of Prinsengracht and the Amstel, very convenient, and attractive areal. The owners were nice and friendly, and helped us with things we needed.
They should put the WiFi directions in the unit, we there was some difficulty getting it turned on, and another person had to be called to help with that.
We could have used more blankets and pillows, but we didn't ask for them. So I think they would have given us some if we had asked.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything we might need.
The boat traffic outside the window was fascinating! The weather was beautiful, and everyone was out on their boats for the weekend sunshine!

Great Stay

I have a great stay at Daan's houseboat, it was my first time in Amsterdam and I couldn't have asked for more! Of course the only sketchy part about the houseboat was the ladder you have to use to get down but apart from that the location is great, it is really close to two tram stops which unlike the US are always on time so you can get to about anywhere in the city within 15-20 min, I highly recommend purchasing a 3-6 day pass for the public transportation. In regards to the houseboat it was very comfortable with wireless internet and cable which helped out a lot when I used FaceTime to contact my family back home for free. I would really recommend this place and would stay there again in I ever do go back to Amsterdam.
