Dieses Hausboot wurde 2002 auf Beton gebaut. Es liegt in der Nähe vom Fluss Amstel, dem Platz Waterlooplein und dem Opernhaus. Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe und mit der U-Bahn können Sie in kurzer Zeit alle Teile der Stadt erreichen. Shops, Restaurants, der Markt und der Zoo sind zu Fuß in etwa 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Boot hat einen Eingangsbereich, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem queen-size Bett und zwei Schlafzimmers mit einem Einzelbett. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen und Mikrowelle und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr hell drinnen. Eine elektronische Orgel, eine DVD-Anlage, ein Fernseher und eine Radio/CD-Anlage stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.

outstanding experience at a great location
just a short walk from the core but far enough away to be outside the real old town madness
really good little grocery store about 100 meters away is a real plus sells everything you need and cold beer!
very clean boat, lots of sunlight.
very hospitable landlord left us all kinds of goodies as a welcoming gift. Two small quibbles, would be nice to have a proper deck to enjoy the sun etc, but that said i did not see very many decks on boats so perhaps it is not done
the other issue was there was only one comfy seat, a couch, since the boat sleeps four I think a couch and two chairs facing each other rather than a couch alone facing a TV would be better, who needs a TV in Amsterdam.
That said i would stay again in a heartbeat
I cannot imagine a better way to stay in Amsterdam

A dream come true !!!!

WE were very pleased with our first stay ever on a houseboat !!! Being from Canada we have been to HOLLAND 4 TIMES NOW , but the houseboat experience for accomodation was the best by far and beyond expectation -.THE boat was fully equipped including dishwasher and laundry , spacious ,offering 3 bedrooms -ample space for 4 persons and even a tame white swan tapping on the kitchen window for its morning snack .Quiet location but Ideally located to all sights , sounds and adventures of AMSTERDAM . Isabel ,our host was more than gracious & very helpful in all ways -Definitely a dream come true -hoping to be repeated!

a really nice houseboat

It was very nice to stay in this houseboat. It is cosy, full of light, very well equipped, beautifully furnished and the beds are good to sleep in. The street is peaceful. I recommend it warmly.
