House-Boat B027 ****

Ein schönes authentisches Küstenschiff, komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Im Boot befinden sich zwei Appartements, der Gastherr wohnt in einem von beiden. Das andere Appartement (130 m2 oder 1400 ft2) hat einen separaten Eingang, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, zwei zusätzliche Roll-Betten, eine separate Toilette, ein Design-Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne für zwei Personen und ein großes Deck mit Gartenmöbeln. 

Sie werden ein euphorisches Gefühl erfahren, wenn an der Tür all Ihre Sorgen, Probleme und Ärger verschwinden. Das Wohnzimmer ist so groß, dass Sie Lust zum Tanzen bekommen! Im Wohnzimmer ist eine komfortable Couch und eine offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Über eine Gangway kommt man einfach rein, drinnen gibt es eine schmale Treppe. Eine DVD- und CD-Anlage, ein Radio und zwei Fernseher stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Das Boot liegt an der KNSM-Insel, fast neben dem Hausboot B020.Sie haben einen fantastischen Blick übers Wasser. Die Insel ist klein, ruhig und sicher. Tagsüber gibt es viele Besucher, die sich für die außergewöhnlichen Häuser und (teuren) Appartements interessieren. Manche Häuser wurde von berühmten Architekten gebaut. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und ein paar Kneipen. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Bus etwa 10 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten.

The boats amazing its in a lovely location and is a short bus journey to town. Its the 6th time ive been dam but the 1st time ive stayed in anything other than a hotel and i recommend highly as long as the smoking ban doesnt come in i will be back to stay on the boat.

This is a great place to stay when in Amsterdam. Not far away from the centre at all and within easy reach to the bus station, a large supermarket and also the tram, it offers a great location however also a good getaway from the centre of the city. The pictures do not lie, it was 6 of us but it felt like it was less. The living room/kitchen area is amazing and a really good place to chill out. The houseboat is kept in an excellent condition with all its equipment. The price is well worth to pay compared to some sneezy hotels/hostels and offers a great atmosphere to underline your stay in Amsterdam.
