Dieses luxuriöse Boot liegt an einer hervorragenden Stelle im Zentrum, in der Nähe der Mageren Brücke auf dem Fluss “Amstel”. Es sind zu Fuß zehn Minuten zum Platz „Dam“ und fünf Minuten zu den Läden, den Kneipen und dem Supermarkt. Dieses Boot hat drei Schlafzimmer und zählt mit dem Hausboot B020  zu den wenigen großen Hausbooten in Amsterdam, die für 6 Personen eine Unterkunft bieten. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem queen-size Bett, eines mit einem Doppelbett mit 1.40m Breite und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Betten sind 1.90m lang.

Dieses Boot hat eine Kabine mit einer Couch und bietet einen fantastischen Blick über den Fluss. In dieser Kabine ist das Rauchen erlaubt. Es gibt eine große gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Backofen, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Quooker (der andauernd kochendes Wasser bereit hält) und einem Kühlschrank. Des Weiteren haben Sie ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Toiletten und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne inkl. Whirlpool und einer separaten Rainshower-Dusche. Es gibt ein kleines Deck mit einer Bank. Den Eingang des Bootes bildet ein Steg, welcher groß genug ist, um im Schatten sitzen zu können. Eine DVD-Anlage, ein Radio, zwei Fernseher, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett und eine Klimaanlage stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.

Fantastic Stay

We just recently completed our stay. This boat is recommended on several levels. The family that owns it is friendly and they treated us very well. We were 4 people and found the to be spacious enough for all of us.The boat is well appointed.It has comfortable furniture and beds a well stocked kitchen, strong wi-fi signal, and a good iPod docking speaker. Having this made it feel more like a home and gave us a real feel for living in Amsterdam (p.s. it's a boat be prepared to duck). It has an unbelievable view being right in front of the Skinny Bridge.
The bridge and the river have their own life. When you're on the boat watching the people cross all day, having it being drawn up seeing it lit at night is just awesome. Sitting on top with a glass of wine watching this has to be seen. Watching the life of the river with commercial, tour, party craft and everything else adds to an incomparable experience.
The neighborhood that the boat is situated in, is unbelievable. Everything you need is within walking distance. It is a short walk to Rembrandtplein. The 9 and 14 trams are right around the corner. The best Indonesian restaurant in the city is right around the corner. If you need to stock the kitchen you must go to Markt on Utrechtstrasse. There's an incredible patisserie (Kuyt) right around the corner, you'll be able to find it by breathing.
If I ever do go back to Amsterdam, I would definitely book this boat without hesitation.

Absolutely Excellent

I stayed with my wife and two others couples on the boat for Queens day . Everything about our holiday was excellent right from the minute we were contacted by the owner Iwris 2 weeks before our stay.She could not do enough for us and was even kind enough to get us some provisions for our first breakfast as we were due to arrive after the shops had closed.The boat was everything we had hoped for and more , clean and well presented and the best position possible for us to sit and watch the world go by on Queens Day . All in all a great boat in a great location.Ive already recommeneded it to several friends , which says it all.

This houseboat is quite a very nice accomodation: the living room is large and confortable; the 3 bedrooms are big enought; the location is perfect (very close to the Hermitage and to a tram station).
The owner is very frendly and at disposal to reply any question you may have.
I'm suggestion this houseboat
