Ein sehr großes Appartement mit 160 m2 oder 1,700 sq.ft mit drei Schlafzimmern im zweiten und dritten Stock oder ein Haus im mitten eines sehr lebhaften Teil des Zentrums, einem Einkaufsgebiet. In der Nähe der Grachten, des Hauptbahnhofs und des Viertels „Jordaan“. Um die Ecke ist die erste Gracht, der Singel. Wenn Sie an der Gracht entlang laufen, sehen Sie den Blumenmarkt auf der linken Seite.

Das Appartement hat auf der ersten Ebene ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Es gibt eine offene Küche mit Minibar und Esstisch, für 4 Personen geeignet. Weiter befindet sich in diesem Stock eine Toilette und das große Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, mit Badwanne und separater Dusche.

Im nächsten Stock gibt es  zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem trennbaren queen-size Bett. Es gibt auch ein zusätzliches Roll-Bett. Sie finden hier eine zweite Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche. Fernseher, VHS und DVD,  eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung, Telefonieren ist bei Bedarf möglich und Internet läuft über eine dial-up Verbindung. Rauchen ist auf der Dachterrasse erlaubt. In der Nähe finden Sie Apartment A020, auch für max. 4 Personen geeignet.

Great aprts

Thank you, liked the place very much. Near The Amstrd centraal, a nice food store next door, cheese stor, candy store e and bakery across the road. Warm bathroom, lots of space in rooms. Sleeping room on the 3rd floor cosy and sunny when the sun goes down. Liked a lot, will be back))

The Dam

Four Friends and myself travelled from different places in Europe to meet for a weekend and let our hair down after the new year. The pictures of the apartment on line already had us excited, but when we arrived they had not done it justice. The accommodation is perfect for a group or family to stay. Beautify decorated and clean, also extremely central to all that Amsterdam has to offer. Needless to say we had a great few days and will definitely be back – couldn’t have asked for better.

A very nice stay

We liked the apartment very much, it was clean og tidy and had a lot of space. The location was perfect and everything in the city was in walking distance. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the living room had a nice view out on the busy street. We spent three days here, and we will book this apartment again if we come back to Amsterdam, so it highly recommed. We arrived early in the morning, and the owner was very nice and let us check in when we arrived, thanks agian for that, good service.
