This studio/apartment is excellent situated in the centre, in the middle of the Jordaan area. It's a ten minute walk to the famous museums, theatres and concerthall, nearby the Westermarket, the Anne Frank House, the nine little streets and lots of picturesque little clothing shops and galeries. The apartment is best to be used by 2 persons, but there is space for another 1-2 extra guests (there is a couch in the living room which can be turned into a double bed). In this apartment a pet is welcome too. The apartment is on the ground floor and therefore accessible to persons with limited mobility.

It consists of a dining area with kitchen and a sitting area with television. The new kitchen is well equipped for 4 persons and has a microwave and freezer. Separated by a curtain is a sleeping area with a queen sized bed. There is a patio  at the backside where it is exstremely quiet and it is great to have dinner outside. There is a fast internet connection (WIFI), tv., radio and dvd player, washing machine and dryer. Smokers are welcome if they smoke outdoor in front of the house or in the patio.... it is a typical custom in Amsterdam to sit in windows, on benches or on the sidewalk in front of the houses! Séjour très accueillant

Un très bon accueil et un logement de très bonne qualité.
Très bien situé dans le quartier de Jordan, proche du tram et des musées.
Rue calme au bord du canal, agréable pour boire son café et regarder les bateaux.
La terrasse est également un plus pour dîner dehors.
Le propriétaire communique en anglais mais également en français.
Séjour très positif sur tous les points. Amsterdam reste une de nos destinations préférées. Les gens sont très sympathiques et très serviables.

Wonderful accommodations!

The apartment was exactly as we had expected it. Simply furnished, with a washer and dryer, and fitted out with kitchen needs, linens, and towels. The back patio was sweet and we would have enjoyed using it if we were ever in the apartment during daylight hours. Hans was kind enough to leave us a welcome treat for our arrival. It took a while for our schedules to align so we could pay our balance due, but worth the wait to chat with him for a few minutes.
The apartment was on a quiet canal with quiet neighbors. The relaying of the pavers along the street was a bit of a messy, sandy bother, but it didn't dampen our stay in any way. Located in the lower Jorddan, we were within walking distance to everything we wanted. (Rijksmuseum, leidseplein, Anne Frank house, Flower market, red light district.)
We would definitely recommend this apartment!

We are most satisfied with this clean, cosy, quiet and beautifully situated studio apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Amsterdam - Very central to the heart of the city, and also with a local variety of restaurants, cafés, shops etc - Highly recommendable
