Qualification: :  Good, a mixure of modern and classic design.
 
Type:  self-catering.
 
Number of persons:  max. 2 adults. A baby under two years old is welcome (free of charge; a babycot and babychair are available.
 
Way in:  located on the ground floor and has a separated entrance from the rest of the house.
 
Rooms:  Livingroom and an open kitchen. The bed is separated from the rest of the room by a modern (semi transparent) room divider. Bathroom with a wash-stand and a bathtub.
 
Facilities:  well equipped kitchen: a large design stove with oven, design refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Also a washingmachine/dryer, hairdryer, television, radio and cdplayer. The bed has an adjustable food- and headside.ADSL, wireless internet connection.
 
Present:  linen and towels. Also most basics (like coffee, thee, salt and pepper, toilet paper, etc) are provided for, there are books to read and several tourist guides and a street map available.
 
Heating:  modern central heating system.
 
Balcony, garden:  sorry, not available. But there are bars, restaurants around the corner with terraces. Also a lot of green spots are situated nearby.
 
Pets:  sorry, it's not allowed
 
Smoking:  sorry, not allowed
 
Car parking:  paid parking-zone.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the credit card transaction costs. The down payment can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 200 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
