This houseboat is built on concrete in 2002. It is located nearby the Amstel River, the Waterlooplein (square) and the Opera House.  Major attractions are close by and with the metrostop nearby, you can reach all other parts of the city in no time. Shops, restaurants, the market and the Zoo are a 5- to 10 minutes walk.

The boat offers you a hall, a living-room and three bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queensized bed and two bedrooms with a single bed. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave and there is a bathroom with shower. It's tastefully decorated and light and bright inside. An electric piano, dvd, flatscreen television, radio/cd-player and wifi internet connection are at your disposal. Reviews.

outstanding experience at a great location just a short walk from the core but far enough away to be outside the real old town madness. Really good little grocery store about 100 meters away is a real plus sells everything you need and cold beer! Very clean boat, lots of sunlight.
Very hospitable landlord left us all kinds of goodies as a welcoming gift. Two small quibbles, would be nice to have a proper deck to enjoy the sun etc, but that said i did not see very many decks on boats so perhaps it is not done. That said i would stay again in a heartbeat. I cannot imagine a better way to stay in Amsterdam

A dream come true !!!!

WE were very pleased with our first stay ever on a houseboat !!! Being from Canada we have been to HOLLAND 4 TIMES NOW , but the houseboat experience for accomodation was the best by far and beyond expectation -.THE boat was fully equipped including dishwasher and laundry , spacious ,offering 3 bedrooms -ample space for 4 persons and even a tame white swan tapping on the kitchen window for its morning snack .Quiet location but Ideally located to all sights , sounds and adventures of AMSTERDAM . Isabel ,our host was more than gracious & very helpful in all ways -Definitely a dream come true -hoping to be repeated!

a really nice houseboat

It was very nice to stay in this houseboat. It is cosy, full of light, very well equipped, beautifully furnished and the beds are good to sleep in. The street is peaceful. I recommend it warmly.
