A beautiful authentic coaster, totally restored and redecorated. The apartment built in the boat (130 m2 or 1400 ft2), offers an entrance, a huge living-room, two bedrooms with double beds,  two extra roll-away beds, a separated toilet, a design bathroom with a bathtub for two and a large deck with garden furniture. The landlords live in an other part of the boat, totally seperated, your privacy is guaranteed.

In the living room is a comfortable couch and an open plan kitchen with dish-
washer. There is an easy way in by a gangway, inside is a small staircase. Dvd,
two televisions, radio and cdplayer are at your disposal. 

The boat is moored at the KNSM island, nearly next to Houseboat B020 and has a spectacular view over the water. The island behind Central Station, is small, quiet and safe.  During the day there are a lot of visitors, interested in the exceptional houses and (expensive) apartments. Some of them were built by famous architects. There are a supermarket, restaurants and café's. The distance to the city centre is around 10 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by bike. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, très bien accueillis par le propriétaire de la péniche.
Confortablement logés et bien situés à 10 mn en tramway (ligne 26) du parking P+R Zeeburg et à 10 mn dans l'autre sens de Central Station, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du quartier.
Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre escapade à Amsterdam.

Great Time!

Stayed February 2013 with my Wife, 10 year old sob and father in law.
Huge space for us all to live in, great and very well equipped kitchen meant an easy time of keeping everyone fed. Lounge and are is large and TV has loads of channels to keep everyone entertained.
Location is great for a family, only a short ride into town, but nice and quiet in the evening - P&R at Zeeburg is only about 10min away by car/tram.
O'h and its very warm, even when it snows!
Brilliant.

Overall we had a great stay on this houseboat. There were 5 of us, my wife my daughter and her husband and my son. There was lots of room for 5 people and the cooking facilities and kitchen were excellent, although we only cooked breakfast. I would rate it an 8 out of 10.
