Way in:  easy, from a pier. Stairs inside.
 
Rooms:  a lounge, a livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed, four extra single beds which can stay in the livingroom or patio, 2 bathrooms with a 2-persons bath, patio.
 
Facilities:  both bedrooms have color television with cable connection and a radio/cd player. Fax and email on request. There is a washingmacine and dryer available (5 euro add. costs). The kitchen has a microwave, oven, dishwasher and is fully equipped. Bicycles are for rent and the landlord has a motorboat with which he can guide you through the canals for an additional charge. Fast internet with Skype connection for the phone.
 
Present:  linen and towels.
 
Heating:  a modern central heating system.
 
Balcony, garden:  a beautiful patio and a large deck.
 
Pets:  sorry, not allowed.
 
Smoking:  allowed in the lounge and allowed in the patio, not allowed in the two bedrooms.
 
Car parking:  possible, paid parking zone.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the credit card transaction costs. The down payment can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 300 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
