Beatrice invites you to stay in a bright, spacious and comfortable houseboat in Aalsmeer, a famous village for its largest flower auction in the world. Aalsmeer is 10 minutes by bus from the airport and it takes an half hour by bus to Central Station in Amsterdam. 

The location offers also quick access to major highways and train if you like to explore other places, like Haarlem, Utrecht, Leiden, the Keukenhof or the coast (all reachable within 30mn). Set on a peaceful canal in a green surrounding, yet close from the centre and shops, is the boat ment to relax after a day of sightseeing in the comfortable lounge or in your own garden. It offers you complete privacy. The boat is also perfect for families with children (located at the end of dead-end-street), there are for them many outdoor and indoor activities available locally, including fishing or swimming from the garden. 

There is a living room with a couch which can be turned into a bed, a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a garden and a terrace on the water. There are 2 bikes and two small bikes for children and a small motorboat for rent. Wir danken für den herzlichen Empfang mit Brot und frischen Eiern undhaben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen. Das Hausboot ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und an einem wunderschönen friedlichen Ort gelegen. Für die Kinder optimal, da es sich am Ende einer Sackgasse befindet.
Wir wären auch gerne noch länger geblieben!

Houseboat holiday

We had some wonderful days in the houseboat. The boat was spacious and looked newly refurbished out. Nice garden on the outside. We used thbikes diligently to get us into the center of trade and to buses. It was public transportation was easily accessible and well-developed. We passed around to The Haag, Kaukenhof, Harlem and Alsmeer that we stayed in. The sun was advancing day by day and spring was coming at full speed. Back in Norway, there was snow, hail and storm. We will live long on this holiday. Thanks to Beatrice who took such good against us.
