This newly rebuilt modern 2 bedrooms – floating house is located on a quiet canal adjacent to Amsterdam's bustling main river, the Amstel. Its central location is very well served by public transportation and only a few meters from all Amsterdam's major attractions such as Opera House, open-air Waterloo Market, Rembrandt House, Hermitage Museum, Carré Theater, the picturesque Narrow Bridge, Jewish Museum, 17th-century Portuguese Synagogue, City Zoo Artis, Botanical Garden and the popular commercial & entertainment district of Rembrandt Square.

The combination of warm wooden floor, bright space and open view to water plus the house's well laid-out emphasizing on efficiency and functionality, and furnishing in a contemporary style yet sleek furnishings and fittings to cater up to 5 persons and for all travelers from business community to family and to city-break seekers.

The spacious living room comprises a large & comfortable chaise sofa in which it can turn into a double bed for a 5th person. It is a perfect place for guests to sit back and relax while enjoying a full range of home entertainment such as cable TV programs on a large plasma screen, DVD/CD/Hi-Fi system, and free high speed WiFi. There is a lounge area by the windows consisting of 2 sleek leather armchairs where guests can indulge themselves with direct and close view of boats, birds, ducks & swans passing by. Next is the dinning area featuring an avant-garde chandelier which adorning over the elegant table & chairs. The open plan kitchen is new, modern and comes fully equipped so guests can prepare from a cup of cappuccino to any meal should they wish to.

There are 2 cozy bedrooms made up of comfortable deluxe box-spring beds, wardrobe cabinets, safe box and window view of water. Each room comprises 1 double bed (or 2 single beds). Next to the bedrooms is the bright bathroom which also offering view of the water. It includes a bathtub, standing shower, fresh towels & bathrobes. In the hallways, guests will find a laundry room with a modern washing machine, a tumble drier, iron/ironing board and plenty of wardrobe space.

If the water view is still not enough to charm guests during their stay, there is a little enchanting terrace with a white, charming bench in front of the house for guests to relax & cool off after a long day excursion.
