Unique and wonderful design houseboat on the Amstel river in the center of Amsterdam with amazing views on the river and the city. The boat is safe for children, however, children must have a swimming certificate!
The floating home was built in 2002 and is very modernly designed on a peaceful green hotspot in town (in 18th century neighbourhood), next door to Intercontinental Amstel Hotel and Brasserie De IJsbreker (high quality breakfast, lunch and dinner). The boat has two levels, one floor under waterlevel, where the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (separate shower, bath and toilet) are. One bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with single bed, one bedroom with bunk bed.
The upperfloor is one big open space with 2 living rooms, one with fireplace, a toilet, a well equipped open kitchen with diswasher, microwave and oven and big sliding doors to the terrace, which is very well secured for young children. In Summer, we're in the sun until 22:00 o'clock at night, ideal for having your beer or wine on the terrace. There is a fast internet connection, tv, dvd, radio, washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The boat is only a few steps away from: House-Boat B023 , House-Boat B071 and Guestroom BK09.
