Along this river's banks, guests will discover many historical & cultural landmarks such as the grand Amstel Hotel, the Carré Theatre, the Narrow Bridge, Amsterdam Hermitage Museum, & etc. While, tucking away in a quiet & safe neighborhood between the Dutch Central Bank & the famous Amstel Hotel, the boat is also adjacent to the chic & cozy shopping street of Utrechtsestraat, the bustling open market of Albert Cuyp Market, the day and night–lively & trendy neighborhood of "De Pijp". All of these areas are just only couple hundred meters from the boat & they offer a great variety of arts, leisure, international gastronomy, craft & boutique shops, delicatessen stores & trendy bars–cafes.

The boat's entire gorgeous space of 70m2 does offer panorama view of the water way and plenty of light due to the surrounding of large windows. If that's not enough, then there is a small terrace outside the living room for guests to enjoy being closed to swans, ducks and boats passing by.
