For a family of 4-5 persons! If you like the luxury of a modern villa built on the water as well as the excitement of a world capital, this boat is the perfect place to be. It’s located a 15 minutes walk from the heart of the centre and a 10 minutes walk from Amster dam’s largest market, the Albert Cuyp.

The boat is designed by Dutch designer in 1993. Modern, built on concrete with two floors.

Entering at ground floor level you find the living room with stunning views over the Amstel River, the kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, the master bedroom and a bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Downstairs, below the water level, daylight comes in through a unique glass roof. Here you’ll find a second bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 sinks, washing machine and dryer and two bedrooms. One with a bed for a child between 4 and 7 years old and a couch which can be turned into a double bed (140x200m), in the second bedroom is a double bed (140x200).

The boat is located on a beautiful spot on the Amstel River and very suitable for a family of 4 or 5. The view over the river is unique, as well as the boat itself. Children are welcome. The terrace is surrounded by a gate. High speed wifi internet connection is available free of charge.

Very Nice House

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, spacieuse; et au calme .

Outlook for mind and music for soul

We had a short but great stay in this boat which made us feel very well - the design of the boat, the big windows upon the waterside and the loads of very good and different music-cd's. (I would have liked to tell this to the owners - so now I'm rather sad because I forgot to mention this in the guest-book.)

Très envie de donner l'adresse à des amis.
Situation très agréable, très calme, un tout petit peu loin du centre pour les enfants
malgré cela ils ne voulaient plus partir tellement ils se sentaient bien dans la péniche !!!!
