Way in:  without any obsticals. The boat is however not suitable for physically challenged persons because of a staircase inside the boat.
 
Rooms:  cabin, living room with open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two with queen sized beds, the other with two singles. Bathroom with tub and separated shower. There are two toilets.
 
Facilities:  modern well equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, water cooker, dishwasher and microwave, airco, hairdryer, washingmachine and dryer, television, cdplayer, radio and highspeed internet connection
 
Present:  linen and towels.
 
Heating:  modern central heating system.
 
Balcony, garden:  two terraces.
 
Pets:  sorry, not allowed.
 
Smoking:  only in the living room.
 
Car parking:  paid parking zone in the street.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the credit card transaction costs. The down payment can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 300 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure, less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
 
Cancellation::  the down payment and banking costs are not refundable in case of cancellation. For more information go to "terms and conditions".
