Rooms:  living room with open plan kichen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and two persons tub.
 
Facilities:  well equipped kitchen with microwave, fast internet connection (wireless) television, radio/cd/dvd player and washing machine.
 
Present:  linen and towels.
 
Heating:  modern central heating system.
 
Balcony, garden: 
 
Pets:  sorry, not allowed.
 
Smoking:  yes, allowed. But no (soft) drugs!
 
Car parking:  paid parking zone in the street. We don't recommend to come by car, it's really difficult to find paking places.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the banking costs. It can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 150 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
