Number of persons:  there is a maximum 4 persons.
 
Way in:  a wooden foot-bridge from the street and on the boat a hatch with stair and is not handicapped accessible.
 
Rooms:  one large room of 55m2, bathroom with shower, washstand and toilet. Private terrace on the deck. In the room is one double bed, two single beds and one couch which can turned into a bed for two persons.
 
Facilities:  cable television and midiset, microwave, refrigerator, coffee- and tea making facilities, professional climate control (cooling, heating and air purification-management). There is connection to the internet. For an additional charge the use of a video, notebook, washingmachine and dryer.
 
Present:  linen and towels.
 
Heating:  a normal central heating system and a woodstove for pleasure!
 
Balcony, garden:  a nice sundeck with chairs, table and parasol to enjoy the activity on the river Amstel.
 
Pets:  not allowed.
 
Smoking:  also for your own safety, only on deck.
 
Car parking:  on the street, not recommanded because of the costs for parcing.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the credit card transaction costs. The down payment can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 150 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
