Type:  self-catering or bed and breakfast.
 
Number of persons:  max. 2.
 
Way in:  easy, but not handicap accessible because of the staircase inside.
 
Rooms:  bedroom with bathroom en-suite with bathtub, separate shower and private toilet.
 
Facilities:  coffee and tea making facilities, television, DVD, radio & CD, wireless internet, a locker and a mini bar.
 
Present:  towels and linen.
 
Heating:  modern central heating system.
 
Balcony, garden:  two terraces.
 
Pets:  we are sorry, no pets allowed because their is (a small) dog already.
 
Smoking:  prohibited in the bedroom, but smoking is in the rest of the boat allowed.
 
Car parking:  paid parking zone in front of the boat, free parking is 15 minutes walk from the boat.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the credit card transaction costs. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 150 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
