Heating:  modern central heating system.
 
Balcony, garden:  a small private deck with a magnificant view.
 
Pets:  sorry, not allowed.
 
Smoking:  also for your own safety, only on deck.
 
Car parking:  expensive paid parking zone in the street. The Zeeburg P+R at 13 minutes is the best solution for several days parking.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the credit card transaction costs. The down payment can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 200 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
