Facilities:  TV/home cinema set/ DVD and a surprising light facility, everything (even the curtains) is remote controlled. Hairdryer. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine / microwave / dishwasher/quooker (providing boiling water instantly). Wireless internet connection. Safe.
 
Present:  linen and towels.
 
Heating:  modern heating system.
 
Balcony, garden:  a small terrace that have to be shared with some neighbours.
 
Pets:  sorry, not allowed.
 
Smoking:  only outside.
 
Car parking:  paid parking garage on 10 minutes distance.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro fee for the credit card transaction costs. The down payment can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 200 euro cash or an ID upon arrival (above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
