Rooms:  livingroom, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, one with Queensize bed, two bedrooms both with a small double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with bathtub.
 
Facilities:  A well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, hairdryer, washingmachine and dryer, 3 televisions and 2 radio/dvd-players. Computer with ADSL connection.
 
Present:  linen and towels.
 
Heating:  central heating system.
 
Balcony, garden:  a beautiful canal in the centre, close to all amenities.
 
Pets:  not allowed.
 
Smoking:  allowed.
 
Car parking:  paid parking zone.
 
Amount:  the down payment is 35% of the total amount, plus 20 euro reservation fee. The down payment can only be paid by credit card. The balance payment has to be paid cash upon arrival.
 
Additional charge:  price includes all taxes. We ask a deposit of 300 euro cash
(above the balance payment). This money is totally refundable on your day of departure, less the expenses of any possible damage(s).
