In general for all privately owned accommodations on this site:

  • There is a minimum stay (or payment) of 4 nights required. Bookings 
    will be automatically confirmed.  
  • Bookings for 3 nights will be only accepted when you make a last-minute
    (3 days before arrival) ánd from November 15 through March 14, except
    for the Charters (B022, B034, B070 and B085).   
  • There is a minimum of 4 nights between December 23 and December 27
    and there is a minimum of 7 nights between Dec. 27 and Jan. 4.
  •  Bookings for 3 nights are also possible when the dates fit in (exactly) 
     between two other reservations. Please use this menu below to
     check this possibility. If you find a result, please proceed with reser-
     vation. All the accommodations on the site will be checked.
